Access to the 211 NDP API Portal, including trial subscriptions, is limited to 211 centers and their designated service delivery partners. External organizations or other third parties subscribing to NDP API products must provide written authorization from the applicable 211 center confirming approval for the subscription. Subscription requests submitted without the required written approval will be rejected. Subscriptions must also be requested using a valid organizational or business email address; personal or social email accounts, such as Gmail, are not permitted.
